Signing action

After completing all the registration procedures, it means that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the contents of this agreement, and have reached an agreement with Factory Home to become a "user" of Factory Home. During the process of reading this agreement, if you do not agree with the provisions of this agreement or any of its terms, please immediately terminate the registration and open the program.

Scope of Agreement

This agreement is jointly signed by you, Hunan Hunter Technology Development Co., Ltd., the operator of Factory Home, and its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as "Factory Home" or "we"). The content of this agreement includes the main body of the agreement and all service terms and rules applicable to all users that have been published by Factory Home.

Due to the rapid development of the Internet, the terms listed in this agreement signed by you and the factory cannot completely list and cover all the rights and obligations of you and the factory, and the existing agreement cannot guarantee that it will fully meet the needs of future development. To continuously optimize the service content, the factory will continue to enrich the relevant service terms and rules upon arrival, and announce them in accordance with the procedures to take effect. All published terms and regulations are an integral part of the agreement and have the same legal effect as the agreement.

1、 User registration

1. User Qualification User Commitment: The user has full capacity for civil rights and conduct, or although they do not have full capacity for civil rights and conduct, with the consent of their guardian, their guardian shall act as an agent to register and apply for factory home services. The definition of "user" here refers to a person who is over 18 years old and has full capacity for civil conduct and can independently engage in civil activities. If you do not have the civil capacity that is suitable for your behavior as mentioned above, you and your guardian shall bear all consequences arising from this in accordance with the law.

2. You agree to submit user personal information/data according to the factory to home service registration process. During the process of opening and using the factory to home shopping mall service, you should ensure that the submitted information is true, accurate, complete, and valid, and should be updated in a timely manner. Otherwise, you shall bear the consequences arising therefrom. If you cause losses to the factory upon arrival, the factory has the right to claim compensation from you upon arrival.

3. After successfully registering a user account, if you need to use that user account to purchase goods from the factory to your home, you should also fill in at least one recipient, shipping address, and mobile phone number. In addition, you can also fill in personal information such as user name, gender, birthday, mobile phone, landline phone, location address, personal email, weight, and height under the user account according to the instructions on the relevant pages of the Factory to Home mini program. The above personal information is only for the purpose of improving your user account information, and whether you fill it in or not does not affect your purchase of goods from the Factory to Home mini program.

4. The factory to home user rights and services are only for your personal use. 2、 Factory to Home User Service Usage

1. The benefits of Factory to Home users may include some or all of the following types (actual types of benefits may be added or reduced, please refer to the "Personal Center" display page of the Factory to Home WeChat mini program for details):

1) Browsing information on products/services on the Factory to Home mini program/webpage, and placing orders, paying prices, and obtaining coupons (if any) through the Factory to Home mini program/webpage;

2) View information under the Factory to Home account and have the right to use the functions provided by Factory to Home for operation;

3) Other benefits.

2. Factory to home user rights may include or involve goods, functions, or services actually provided by third parties (hereinafter referred to as "third-party content"), which are set up to provide you with more complete and rich user rights.

3. If it involves goods, functions, or services actually provided by a third party, Factory Home Mall only provides you with third-party content acquisition qualifications. As the actual provider of content, the third party, please understand that the relevant agreements, rules, and agreements of this content are reached between you and the third party. Factory Home will not and does not have the right to provide service guarantees for third-party content in this agreement.

If you have any questions or needs during the use of third-party content, you can directly contact the third party for communication. Any disputes arising from your use of third-party content should be resolved through direct negotiation with the third party.

4. To continuously optimize the user experience of factory to home, please understand and confirm that the third-party content included in factory to home users may be added or reduced, and the newly added third-party content is also suitable for the above agreement.

5. To provide you with factory to home user services, you are aware and agree that factory to home may provide you with user rights related information through messages, notifications, text messages, and other forms. At the same time, the factory will provide your relevant information to the third party based on the specific authorization you provided to the third party in the agreement you reached with the third party, as well as the Privacy Policy, and in accordance with the principles necessary for the third party to provide you with content. If you do not wish for third-party access to your information, you may stop using third-party services and should immediately notify the factory in writing to arrive home.

6. In order to improve the service content, Factory Home will update and modify the factory home users and/or their related services, benefits, functions, interfaces, etc., including developing new features/benefits, deleting old features/benefits, etc. You may continue to use the corresponding rights, functions, or services according to the actual situation of the factory to home users after the change, and apply the relevant provisions of this agreement.

7. Please ensure that you will make reasonable use of Factory to Home User Services, do not use Factory to Home User Services for profit or illegal gain, and do not transfer or transfer your Factory to Home User Services or Factory to Home User Rights in any form. If the factory has reasonable grounds to suspect that you have used the user service line improperly, the factory will suspend or even cancel your user qualification, and the user rights will become invalid at that time. You are responsible for your improper use of user services and the consequences. If you cause losses to the factory, the factory has the right to claim compensation from you.

8. When users evaluate goods/services from the factory to the home mall, they should truthfully evaluate them based on the actual situation. To ensure that the evaluation content can provide reliable basis for consumer shopping decisions, all your evaluation behaviors should comply with the various service terms and rules that have been published by all factories and applicable to all users. The evaluation content should be legal, compliant, objective, true, and relevant to the traded goods and/or services, and should not contain any obscene language, pornography, advertising information, or other prohibited information listed in laws and regulations and this agreement. Otherwise, the factory can take necessary measures to handle the evaluation information generated by your implementation of the above actions in accordance with the various service terms and rules that have been published by the factory for all users.

9. Specific marketing activities are only open to specific users for participation. The same user is only allowed to participate in, receive, and use prizes (including but not limited to membership gift packages, coupons, physical or virtual prizes) once. If multiple information such as the same mobile phone number, device number, payment account, name, and shipping address are consistent or similar, they will be considered as the same user.

10. You should ensure that you adhere to the principle of honesty and trustworthiness in obtaining and using Factory to Home user services. If Factory to Home reasonably suspects that you have any of the following situations, you may face the rejection of user service opening applications, the cancellation or suspension of all/part of the opened or acquired user rights, and you have no right to request a refund or exchange of the paid user service fees (if any):

1) If it is determined by the factory upon arrival that there is malicious return, rejection, or an unreasonable return rejection rate;

2) The goods or services obtained through the use of factory to home user rights are not intended for personal consumption or use, nor are they purchased by others through user rights for profit;

3) Opening factory to home user services through improper means;

4) Lending accounts to others for use, abusing user rights to illegally profit, transferring/selling user rights, and using malicious means to brush orders/coupons;

5) Other behaviors that violate the principle of good faith and credibility.

3、 Order

1. To place an order using the Factory to Home mini program, you should have the right and ability to purchase relevant products. If you are under the age of 18, you need to register and use the Factory to Home mini program under the supervision of your guardian. At the time of placing the order, it is deemed that you have met the above conditions and are responsible for the authenticity of all information provided in the order.

2. When placing your order, please carefully confirm the name, price, quantity, model, specifications, size, contact address, phone number, recipient, and other information of the purchased product. If the consignee is inconsistent with you, the consignee's behavior and expression of intention shall be deemed as your behavior and expression of intention, and you shall bear joint and several liability for the legal consequences of the consignee's behavior and expression of intention

3. You understand and agree that despite the best efforts made by the factory to meet customer needs, due to market changes and various factors that are difficult to control with reasonable commercial efforts, the factory to home mini program cannot avoid situations where the products in the order information you submit are out of stock, price identification errors, etc; If the above situation occurs with the product you ordered, you have the right to cancel the order, and the factory has the right to cancel the order on its own upon arrival. If you have already made the payment, we will process a refund for you as soon as possible.

4. You understand and agree that the factory reserves the right to limit the total sales quantity of individual products, the purchase quantity of individual orders, and the purchase quantity of similar products at the same IP address.

6. You can also choose to cancel the order. For repeated cancellation behaviors, we may investigate the reasons, which may become reasons why we may refuse to provide you with services, freeze or close your personal account.

7. You understand and agree that when you, as a consumer, place an order and pay for the goods for daily consumption, the successful payment of your goods will be deemed as the establishment of a contractual relationship between you and the factory for the paid part of the order.

8. The product you purchased will be delivered from the factory to your home by a third-party shipping company.

9. Delivery

9.1 The goods you purchased will be delivered to the delivery address you specified on the factory to home mini program. You should clearly and accurately fill in your delivery address, contact person, and contact information. You are aware and confirm that the goods you purchase should only be received by the contact person you fill in. Any losses caused by changing your contact person or related delivery information will be borne by you.

9.2 When you receive the ordered goods and sign for them in writing, it proves that you have received the goods in good condition. If the packaging is damaged, please refuse. Due to the following circumstances causing delays or inability to deliver orders, the factory will not be able to bear the responsibility for delayed delivery or inability to deliver upon arrival:

1) Customers provide incorrect information and incomplete addresses;

2) The cost and related consequences of duplicate delivery caused by no one signing for or rejecting the goods upon delivery;

3) Force majeure, such as natural disasters and adverse weather, actions, decisions or orders of government and judicial authorities such as traffic martial law, unexpected traffic accidents, strikes, modifications to regulations and policies, terrorist incidents, violent crimes such as robbery and robbery, and sudden wars.

9.3 If the goods you purchased are delivered to you by the shipping company, the delivery time recorded in the system or documents shall be the delivery time; The product you purchased is delivered through online transmission, and the delivery time is the time when the factory sends it to your designated system upon arrival at home; The time stated in the electronic or physical voucher generated by you for purchasing the service is the delivery time.

9.4 If the product you receive does not match the product list in your order, you can return the corresponding product according to the return policy and return procedure announced by the factory and currently being implemented.

10. 7-day no reason return service

10.1 If you need to return the goods, please make sure to return the goods, including their packaging, gifts, delivery notes, tax invoices (if any), and other items and information delivered to you within 7 days after signing for the goods, in accordance with the principle of not affecting the normal use and resale of the goods. All items and information must be returned intact to the designated address at the factory. Otherwise, the factory has the right not to return the goods upon arrival at home.

Unless there is evidence to the contrary, the date of return shall be based on the date indicated by the shipping stamp on the package received by the factory upon arrival at home. For certain products, if it is indicated on the product details page and relevant return policies that such products are not eligible for return, your order placement will be deemed as your agreement to accept the factory's arrangement of not returning such products upon arrival. After confirming receipt of the returned goods upon arrival at the factory, the corresponding payment and coupons (if any) will be refunded to you after deducting the return shipping cost.

10.2 You understand and agree that if the product you purchased is a cross-border e-commerce product, the system will quickly enter the customs declaration process after your order is paid. Therefore, please carefully check the product details before placing an order. After placing an order, it is not a quality issue and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged, or rejected.

10.3. The factory has the right to refuse all returns that do not meet the conditions specified for factory arrival. You understand and agree that if your return does not meet the conditions specified by the factory upon arrival, the factory has the right to refuse your refund.

4、 Intellectual Property

1. Factory to Home owns all intellectual property rights related to the content of this mall, including but not limited to: codes, trademarks, service marks, trade names, graphics, artworks, photos, portraits, text content, audio clips, button icons, computer software, logos, digital downloads, and data compilations, which are the property of Factory to Home or its content providers and are protected by copyright laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. You only have temporary, revocable, and non exclusive use rights within the scope of this agreement.

2. You are only allowed to browse and use the Factory to Home mini program if it meets the purpose of using it, that is, to browse information and purchase products for personal use in your personal name. The use of other methods is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to copying, modifying, selling, transmitting, republishing, deleting, adding, exhibiting, recording, or demonstrating the content of the Factory to Home Mini Program, or illegally using the content of the Factory to Home Mini Program in part or in whole in other ways, except with the permission of Factory to Home to forward the information in the Factory to Home Mini Program to third-party media such as WeChat Moments.

5、 User guidelines

1. User Personal Information Protection and Authorization

1.1 You acknowledge and agree that in order to facilitate your use of Factory to Home related services, the Factory to Home mini program will store necessary information for your use, including but not limited to your real name, gender, birthday, shipping address, contact information, contact list, photo album calendar, location information, etc. Unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, the factory will not disclose or disclose your personal information to third parties upon arrival without your permission.

1.2 You acknowledge and confirm that during the process of registering an account or using the Factory to Home Mini Program, you are required to provide genuine identity information. If the information you provide is false or incomplete, you will not be able to use the Factory to Home Mini Program or will be restricted during use. At the same time, any adverse consequences arising from this will be borne by you.

2. Non personal information guarantee and authorization: You have the right to publish reviews in the Factory to Home mini program, but you should ensure that you have the corresponding and legal rights to the content you publish, and that its true and objective purpose will not infringe on any third-party copyright, portrait rights, reputation rights, privacy rights and other legitimate rights. At the same time, you are not allowed to use the factory to home mini program user evaluation function to post any advertisements. Otherwise, the factory may delete or block the information you publish in accordance with the law or this agreement upon arrival at home.

3. You should comply with relevant national laws and regulations, and the information published, forwarded, or disseminated in the factory to home mini program does not include the following content:

1) Opposing the basic principles established by the constitution;

2) Harming national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;

3) Harming national honor and interests;

4) Inciting ethnic hatred and discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;

5) Disrupting national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions;

6) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;

7) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or instigating crimes;

8) Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others;

9) Contains other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations, or is not suitable for publication according to the provisions of factory to home agreements and rules.

4. You fully understand and fully agree that for any non personal information content, other than personal information, such as videos, photos, images, audio, text, etc., formed by you during the use of the Factory to Home Mini Program, whether or not it belongs to the meaning of the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, unless we otherwise specify, within the scope permitted by law, you grant free of charge non exclusive and unrestricted license to use the Factory to Home Mini Program (including storing, using, copying, revising, editing, publishing, displaying, translating, distributing the above information or creating derivative works, and incorporating the above information into other works in a known or later developed form, media or technology) and the right to sublicense to third parties, as well as the right to use it in your own name against third parties. The right to obtain evidence of infringement and file a lawsuit.

5. If your actions cause losses to the factory and/or its affiliated companies (including direct economic losses, loss of goodwill, and indirect economic losses such as compensation, settlement payments, lawyer fees, litigation costs, etc.), you shall compensate the factory and/or its affiliated companies for all the aforementioned losses.

If your actions result in Factory Home and/or its affiliated companies suffering from third-party claims, Factory Home and/or its affiliated companies may recover all losses from you after assuming obligations such as monetary payment to the third party.

6、 Notification

1. When registering as a Factory to Home user and receiving Factory to Home services, you should provide Factory to Home with a genuine and effective contact information (including your email address, contact phone number, contact address, etc.). If there is a change in contact information, you are obliged to update relevant information in a timely manner and maintain a reachable status. Factory to Home's internal messages, system messages, subscription messages, etc., will also be your effective contact information.

The factory will deliver various notices to one or several of your above contact information upon arrival, and the content of such notices may have significant beneficial or adverse effects on your rights and obligations. Please be sure to pay attention in a timely manner.

You have the right to obtain commercial information such as product advertising, promotional discounts, etc. that you are interested in through the phone number or email address you provided during registration; If you are unwilling to receive such information, you have the right to unsubscribe through the corresponding unsubscribe function provided by the factory at home.

2. The factory will send you notifications through the above contact methods upon arrival at home. Written notifications sent electronically, including but not limited to announcements at the factory's arrival at home, sending mobile text messages to the contact phone number you provided, sending emails to the email address you provided, sending information, system messages, subscription messages, and internal message information to your account, will be deemed delivered upon successful sending; A written notice sent on paper carrier shall be deemed delivered on the fifth natural day after being mailed to the provided contact address.

You should ensure that the contact information provided is accurate, effective, and updated in real-time. If the legal documents cannot be delivered or are not delivered in a timely manner due to inaccurate contact information provided or failure to inform the changed contact information in a timely manner, you shall bear the legal consequences that may arise from this.

7、 Limitation of Liability

1. The factory will make every effort to ensure the security, effectiveness, accuracy, and reliability of this service and the technology and information involved. However, limited by existing technology, if the following situations occur that result in defects or inability of the factory to perform at home, causing you direct or indirect losses, you understand that the factory cannot bear responsibility:

1) Due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, strikes, riots, wars, terrorist attacks, government actions, judicial administrative orders, etc;

2) Due to technical adjustments or malfunctions in the telecommunications sector, communication network failures, and other public service factors;

3) The software, system, hardware, and communication lines of the user's own equipment malfunction, or the user uses this service in a way other than as agreed under this agreement;

4) The factory has been well managed upon arrival, but there have been emergency equipment/system failures/maintenance, network information and data security issues.

2. Based on the principle of fairness, if the factory to home membership service is interrupted or unavailable due to the reason of factory to home, the maximum compensation you may receive shall not exceed the total amount of relevant service fees actually charged by the factory to home under this agreement.

8、 Change and Termination of Agreement

1. Changes to the Agreement

Factory Home has the right to make changes to the content of this agreement or other service terms and operating rules published by Factory Home from time to time in accordance with changes in national laws and regulations, as well as the need to maintain transaction order and protect consumer rights. When changes are made, Factory Home will publish a notice in the Factory Home mini program, and the change will take effect from the time of publication. If you do not agree to the change, you have the right to stop using Factory Home services from the effective date of the change, and the change will not have any effect on you; If you continue to use Factory Home Service after the change has taken effect, it will be deemed that you agree to the effective change.

2. Termination of Agreement

2.1 This agreement shall terminate in any of the following circumstances:

1) You should understand and use the Factory to Home Mall service in accordance with this agreement and relevant rules. If you violate the relevant provisions of this agreement, Factory to Home will choose to suspend or terminate this agreement based on your actual breach of contract;

2) When the user cancels the factory home account upon meeting the conditions for account cancellation, this agreement shall terminate on the date of successful account cancellation.

2.2 The termination of this agreement shall not affect the rights and obligations arising from this agreement between you and the factory before the termination. Due to your own reasons, the factory may suffer third-party claims, administrative penalties, etc. upon arrival at home. You shall compensate the factory for any losses and/or expenses incurred as a result, including reasonable legal fees, investigation and evidence collection fees, etc. If your personal behavior causes damage to the reputation of Factory Home, Factory Home has the right to require you to make a statement in public media to eliminate the impact.

9、 Jurisdiction and Application of Law

1. The conclusion, execution, and interpretation of this agreement shall be governed by the current effective laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.

2. If there is any dispute between both parties, it shall be resolved through consultation. If consultation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the Furong District People's Court in Changsha City.

10、 Other

1. Due to the rapid development of the Internet, the existing agreements cannot fully guarantee that they will meet the needs of future development. Maybe this agreement signed between you and Factory Home cannot include all the rights and obligations between you and Factory Home.

You understand and agree that the factory may modify this agreement from time to time in accordance with changes in national laws and regulations, as well as the need to maintain service order and protect user rights. The modified agreement will be notified to you through legal or agreed procedures and will take effect in accordance with the law.
